I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Beauty Specialist and a loving mother of one. I have been trained in Colombia, Spain and USA. Having been involve in the beauty industry over 14 plus years with everything related to health coach, lymphatic treatments, virtual mesotherapy- electroporation, cavitation, radio frequency, electrostimulation, vacuum therapy, ultrasound, wood therapy, slimassage, lypossage, colon massage, skin care and all treatments related to post-liposuction treatments.
My diverse background includes experience on both the medical and beauty field. I have work as an EKG technician, phlebotomist and a medical assistant which has exposed me to have a better understanding of how medical procedures work hand in hand with the beauty industry and the importance of post follow up care.
I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I received in-depth training in nutrition, health and wellness, coaching skills, and business development.
Having over a dozen certifications in the medical and aesthetic fields, I have dedicated all of my professional life to changing people’s lifestyle. The motto I live by is Beauty, Balance and Health. I believe the root of wellness is learning to balance all aspects of life and making health conscious decisions. Leading workshops on nutrition and offering individual health and nutrition coaching to women. My methods are innovative, effective, and life changing.
